About Exhibiting

Standard Booth Equipment

The standard booth measures approximately 2.5 meters in height, 3 meters in width, and 1.5 meters in depth. It consists of poles, arm spots, and wall system panels.

Special Rate for Startups, Universities, and Research Institutions
The exhibition fee for startups, universities, and similar organizations is JPY 40,000 (tax included) per booth.

Booth Arrangement

The organizer will determine the location of booths that are considered advantageous for traffic flow and notify exhibitors on a first-come, first-served basis.

Panel Customization
  • Exhibitors will be responsible for customization/decoration within the booth.
  • Cutting, nailing, drilling, or other alterations to the basic booth itself including the panel boards, poles, beams, etc. are not permitted.
  • Please notify the administrative office beforehand about exhibition items exceeding a height of 2.5m.
  1. On-site cooking using open flames or other heat-producing equipment is not permitted within the exhibition hall.
  2. Cooking is permitted in food trucks and the venue's designated kitchen facilities; however, prior approval is required. Please contact the Event Secretariat in advance for details and application procedures.

    Initiatives to solve issues in food-related industries and promote the food industry in Kyoto Prefecture by combining cutting-edge food-related technologies with Kyoto's Japanese food culture and ingredients that are unique to Kyoto (Kyoto Foodtech Expo)

  2. What you get in return

    In addition to having your company's name listed on the Kyoto Prefecture website, depending on the amount of your donation, you will receive a letter of appreciation at the venue on the day of the expo, and you will be able to display your company's products in a free space at the expo.
